IT SHALL BE THE SUBSCRIBER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE SPSB’S WEBSITE FROM TIME TO TIME FOR AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS SERVICE, THE SUBSCRIBER(S) REPRESENT(S) THAT THEY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS AMENDED. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, shall be subject to, and shall be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
